If you are concerned about our Shire's environment, whether your concern is traffic congestion, air or water quality, noxious weed invasion, climate change... or something else, why not join us.

The Sutherland Shire Environment Centre acts to defend the environment of the Sutherland Shire and associated bio-regions, by supporting members and local community organisations in their efforts to protect and improve their local areas.

We also develop and conduct environmental education initiatives, to encourage behavioural change to achieve a sustainable enviornment in the Sutherland Shire and its bio-regions.
